H100i Platinum RGB Fan part # help

Hi Corsair,

 

I have this setup and one of my radiator fans has gotten really loud. I have figured this out by playing with the iCue fan settings. The other fan and pump are still quiet. I haven't even had this for 1 year yet. :(

 

I want to order a new fan, but I want to make sure I get the correct one. If there is a better version of this exact fan that is compatible, that would be fine, too. I have found this item name, but not sure if it's correct:

 

ML PRO RGB Series PWM 120mm

 

Please advise.

However, you have to be careful with names. There are a lot of ML varieties. The platinum coolers came with a special high speed version of ML120-RGB. This is not the same as the one sold at retail as the "ML120 Pro - RGB" that has a lower 1600 rpm max.

 

Unsure on availability. You might also send in a support ticket with Corsair. The fan should be covered under warranty.
