Lorre1979
Hello, I have purchased an LT100 starter Kit and 2 Lt100 expansion kits, I've connected everything like explained on the site but the towers are not detected Any sugestions? XxBahamutGodxX
I'm having a similar issue, I only have the starter kit but only one of the towers are working. When I try running the LED detection in iCUE, it only detects the single main tower.

Ivan13
Jumping in here as well - same problem, followed the directions, watched the video, only detects one tower. Possibly something a bit weirder going on as the secondary tower flickers around a fair bit before I plug the main tower into the PC, whereupon it goes static; usually no light on the tower save for one red or green light on the last LED down the bottom. Have updated all firmware + iCue, and the main tower works fine and is totally responsive to iCue. For whatever reason though, the second one though isn't playing cricket. Madjackmcmad
Something similar is happening to me as well. Just purchased the LT100 * the bottoms of the towers light up * the connected poles do not * iCue only shows one tower Firmware is up to date, instructions followed to the best of my ability. Time for an angry amazon review and hope for an exchange?
Khirath
Same issue here, only one tower detected, the second only flash a little bit when plugged sometimes. All up to date, the rest of iCue components it is working. ¿Any solution please corsair?
Corsair Employees Corsair Fer Posted February 10, 2021 Corsair Employees Share Posted February 10, 2021 Make sure everything is securely connected. Push down firmly on the RGB stick for the base to make proper contact. jccrawfo
I was having the same issue and I switched the lighting towers to the opposite bases and that solved it.
Licklick
this worked for me as well - thanks!
Vodder
Took me a few attempts to get 3 towers talking to each other, the Y RGB cable seems very particular about when it wants to work and when it doesn't. I "solved" it by putting the 1st tower in the middle and connecting the other 2 accordingly. Then plugged in USB and then the power. The additional towers didn't show up at first but holding down the power button for 5 seconds forces it to detect the others - thankfully they all started seeing each other then :-) Before that, the second would just go into some mad flashing fit and the 3rd would do nothing. Need Corsair to add support for macOS iCue for these though - rather surprised one of their newer products still isn't supported in iCue 4.10. Hopefully soon! MitchMeister03
This also worked for me.
rogue13x
I was having a similar issue, where both towers worked, but they wouldn't show up in iCue and I was therefore unable to program them. I followed suggestions here, and now they still don't show up in iCue and only one of the towers works. The other has died. Or something.
