meche
You will need to reach out to Lenovo for appropriate troubleshooting with their laptop. Thanks for you message. But Lenovo didn't do anything to help us. And we try to understand what is going on, because on the lenovo web site the LENOVO LEGION CREATOR 7I are sell with the mention RGB KEYBOARD Icue CORSAIR. So, you are from corsair, did you make this keyboard ? Or Did you make the software for this keyboard or not at all ? Can you explain us, how the keyboard of the LENOVO LEGION 7i is correctly detect by your software and not the Creator edition who has the same hardware. How your software detect the right hardware ? (I'm an IT guy from 20 years work, you can give detail :)) Thanks for your help.
Corsair Employees Corsair Notepad Posted January 8, 2021 Corsair Employees Share Posted January 8, 2021 The laptop and the keyboard for the laptop are all lenovo products. They utilize our SDK in order to control the RGB of their keyboard though the iCUE software. If there are detection issues then you will need to contact them for troubleshooting support. Thanks for this answer. So when we install the Icue software, another software or driver from the manufacturer is necessary to make RGB work ? Did you have a list of lenovo product are using yours SDK. I try to figure out if lenovo have or have not developped the software for that. Because this product is sell with mention RGB Icue, and now on the lenovo support they say us that product didn't work this Icue..... So they lie !!
