Corsair HS60 PRO - 7.1 - Not being detected

Hello,

I recently bought a Corsair HS60 PRO - 7.1, and it was working for a couple of weeks. Just today the headset randomly stopped working, and it is no longer being detected by my computer at all. I have it connected to the USB dongle, and have tried switching USB ports. The only way I can get it to be detected/work is to disconnect the dongle and plug it directly into the headset jack, but this doesn't allow use of the microphone and earphones at the same time.

Any help appreciated

Same issue bud, but they don't seem to be responding, i've left a support ticket for mine, but it looks like Windows have replaced the Audio Drivers with Microsoft ones, i consider myself relatively IT savvy.

 

I've ended up just ordering a 2 way splitter, not good though, had the device 2 days.
