jtbsi Posted December 21, 2020 Share Posted December 21, 2020 My friend bought me these Wireless Virtuoso headset and everything is perfect but I can't seem to change the color of the logos on the side. On iCue every time I try changing the lighting the logos on the headset just stay red, I updated the firmware multiple times, charged the headset, connected the headset through usb mode and still nothing has worked. I assume you are able to control the lighting effects of the headset since it is advertised as RGB but maybe I am wrong, any help is greatly appreciated.
