baroudii Posted December 21, 2020 Share Posted December 21, 2020 H115i RGB Firmware update crashed, high-speed fans with a lot of noise, I do a lot of online meetings, very disturbing. Called, send me an RMA, sent the bad one back, received a new unit, a month later, the same happened. On hold for customer service. Requesting either a full refund for my purchase or send me a different model. I don't have the time for this. Every device has a smooth firmware update. cant they fix it? can they recall it before we waste our time? I am very upset. One hour holding on Friday and no answer, still on hold for about 30 minutes. The holidays were scheduled 2020 years ago, not sure why they are surprised with it. I don't want H115i RGB anymore.
