mikedoh
Hi all, I bought the 2 QL fans and the LNC in a bundle, i have the H115i Pro connected to one USB header on my mobo, and the LNC core to another USB header. I cant get the LNC to show at all. However when i use USBview it detects it but not as the LNC but as a random device port_#0011.hub_#001. If i delete that and scan for new hardware it does detect it as the LNC but then 10 seconds later is back to this : I've updated my chipset, checked my bios. Reinstalled icue but i cant get it to stick, is it faulty? Its not a problem i have the H115i on one usb connector and this on the other? Ive flipped the USB connectors round and the H115 still works but this is the same. Weirdly when i go into windows 10 system, and look at devices its listed under other with Corsair USBXp Driver (which appears to be the h115i Pro) : But still wont show in iCUE, ive checked the driver for the USBXp and thats a corsair driver, the one for the LNC is a Microsoft driver? Thanks Mike Edited December 20, 2020 by mikedoh

mikedoh
I have the latest installed. I completely removed it and downloaded it again from the website. Installed and my k70 keyboard, H115i, Asus Mobo and DDR4 ram are showing fine but still not the Node Core. Ive also uninstalled it in devices and its picked it back up in devices but not in iCue
mikedoh
To rule out hardware faults i ordered another LNC and 2 fans, the same thing happens. the LNC doesn't show up in iCUE. Can someone vconfrim who has one what driver the LNC is supposed to be using, mine is using a MS driver still : Is this correct? I really dont want to go down the reinstall windows route but not sure what to do. Thanks Mike
