Anyone have any issues w/ this not powering on via the SATA cable that's tied to the AIO as a whole?

I connected it to a SATA line I have directly plugged to the PSU, which also has a Commander PRO and RGB hub on it, I figured maybe it wasn't getting enough power...

So, I plugged in another SATA cable to give the AIO it's own independent connection. Still no power...I've read elsewhere that these may require a 5-Pin connector of some sort in order to get the proper supply to it.

Where can I get one of these connectors? I'm assuming mine aren't 5-pin that came w/ my modular PSU. Can I get an adapter of some sort or a 5-pin SATA cable somewhere?

IDK what to look for.

You shouldn't need any kind of SATA to SATA adapter. Some old or very low end PSUs have issues with Molex to SATA converters lacking all the voltage rails. But if you are connected directly, other devices work on the same connections, then you should probably proceed as if the AIO has a power problem. Contact Corsair Support or the vendor if a new purchase. The pump should come on with 12v supply and that is not usually an issue. The 5v RGB does come up occasionally.

Based on this I'm assuming this is why it isn't powering the RGB lights either?

Here's a link showing the difference between a 4 and 5 pin.

I understand the difference. What's not clear is if you are saying "I have a 4 pin SATA" or if you are speculating this is why your AIO is not working. The 4 pin SATA definitely will cause a lighting problem, but the pump should be running. If your pump is not running either, then there may be an additional problem.

I don't have a solution for you and I don't know what PSU you have installed. If the PSU does not have the require voltage rail on its SATA cables, then that is a tough obstacle to work around.
