Corsair Employees Corsair Notepad Posted December 16, 2020 Corsair Employees Share Posted December 16, 2020 If you have performed a clean install then why are you still using the iCUE version 3.34 and not the latest version 3.36 which can be downloaded from the Corsair website? Edit: Looks like you replied as I was replying to you. Make sure you are plugging the Nexus directly into a USB 3.0 port on your physical computer and that you are not using a USB hub or passthrough of some kind and then attempt the update.
