please help to fix iCUE updating issue...

If you have performed a clean install then why are you still using the iCUE version 3.34 and not the latest version 3.36 which can be downloaded from the Corsair website?

 

Edit: Looks like you replied as I was replying to you. Make sure you are plugging the Nexus directly into a USB 3.0 port on your physical computer and that you are not using a USB hub or passthrough of some kind and then attempt the update. If that doesn't work contact our support team by opening a ticket at https://help.corsair.com

Sorry for the screen capture is not up to date. btw

I have performed clean install and issue still exist,

I have tried to plug into all USB port but still no luck, seems it is cause by iCUE software, any idea at this moment please?
