4000d Airflow Glass broken

Hello Corsair forum !

 

I've had bad time today, received my 4000d Airflow case, but it was shattered in the box. When I uplifted case from the box, it simply broke in thousand pieces.

 

As this one is pretty rare in my country (France) I would like to not resend it back, knowing that I will never receive a new one, I would like to get a new side panel (also impossible to find in my country).

 

Whats your thoughts about that ? Should I try to get in touch with some Corsair staff to see if we can apply some RMA without seller one ?

 

Have a nice christmas with all of your Corsair stuff, apart this side panel, case is absolutely gorgeous :o:

Welcome to the forum Islari. Sorry to hear the window shattered upon arrival for your new case. We can actually send out a new panel without having to send the case in for an RMA. This should help out so you can start your build while the window is in transit to you. Just submit a ticket through our support portal, outline what happened, and we'll ship a replacement panel to you:

Wow you just made made my day better <3 I tried to upload a ticket, waiting for answer right now. I tried to install my fans and also found that I had front mesh filter issue so I uploaded a ticket for.
