Hi,

This is my second VOID pro wireless, i just buy a new one because i met an issue with my last one wich i owned since 3 years but unfortunnately i actually meet the same issue with this new one.

The issue is :

- The sound is fine at the start of my PC for 30 mins to 1 hour

- After that, the sound is slightly choppy, there are like brief cuts every 15-20 seconds

- A few minutes later, the sound becomes robotic, I no longer clearly hear the sound on discord or on the game I am playing and that regardless of the game, it gives a very robotic sound

- I also have a small red triangle that appears in the EUCI next to the headphones...

The only way I have found to make it work again is to go to windows services and mute and re-enable audio.

I find a correct sound on discord but I lose it in the game so I have to restart the game every time ...

This does not happen with other headsets and it also happened with my old VOID pro ...

I have no idea what to do ...

Any help would be highly appreciated

Thank you

Hi DB89,

Have you updated the headset's firmware via our iCUE software? You can also try a headset reset to see if the issues subside. To soft reset your headset:

  1. Make sure your headset is currently unplugged.
  2. Make sure your headset is powered on.
  3. Hold the Mute button on the headset down for about 15 seconds.
  4. Hold down the power button until the headset turns on.
  5. Test your headset and see if the issue is resolved.

If the issue persists, I suggest getting in touch with our support team by opening a ticket at https://help.corsair.com, they'll be able to take care of you.
