Approved Advanced RMA, but link for Payment isn't working for second day now

Hi to all, advanced RMA was 2 days ago approved and the problem is that on my first attempt to pay bill I had a 3D secure problem. Than I tried again with the same link and than I got screen with this on it:

"Payment already collected for this ticket.

Corsair Advanced RMA Customer Service

https://support.corsair.com "

 

Over and over again.

 

And I didn't get any change on my bank account.....

 

Last respons from Support was 2 days ago.

Can some one please help me with it?

Does some one know why the link for payment keeps failing?
