make sure the pump is not the highest part of the loop, or else you'll always have the air bubble in there.

 

Apart from that, usually it's good to let the AIO run at full speed for a few hours to a few days.. it's a bit variable... just to purge the air and let it sit at the highest point of the loop in the radiator's end tank. after that it should be quiet at all speeds

You can try forcing things along by setting the pump to max and then lifting the front end of the case up (assuming the radiator is top or front mounted). That hopefully induces the bubble to move up and out out of the pump area where it's causing the noise.

 

Sometimes you can work on this by cycling the pump from low to high to low to high at 10 second intervals (exact time not important). The change in pressure help push out the bubble. However, this usually works better on custom pumps with a large RPM range. AIOs can have to narrow a difference between low and high to create the surge.
