iCUE "Installer is no longer responding" [FIXED]

So just a quick update. For everyone who has the "Installer is no longer responding" issue regarding updates or clean installation, the problem is caused by regional settings in Windows. So to successfully install iCUE you need to revert / change the regional settings in Windows

 

Windows-button -> regional settings -> clock, language & region -> clock..

 

I set it according to Windows language settings...
