MarcAnton
Hey guys, received my HP Reverb G2 yesterday and no matter where i plug in the VR (USB wise) after rebooting, the iCUE software wont load/start at all. For now i have the VR on my USB-C at my 2080TI as recommended. It works only if i start my PC without VR connected and after iCUE has started up i can connect my stuff ... so far it seems corsair do not like HP ^^ P.S. i used to have the K70 RGB MK.2LP, GLAIVE RGB, VENGENGENCE RGB PRO and iCUE NEXUS connected with iCUE. mime29
Can you post your icue logs here as I did in my post? It's in your user folder, AppData/CORSAIR folder You will need to go to Explorer -> view -> check the show hidden file option in order to see the AppData folder in Windows 10 I just would like to compare your crash log with mine

mch_zh
Had exactly the same issue with msi X570 ace, icue and G2. Tried for 2h until realizing that the culprit is G2, then found this post. I will try tomorrow if this help. > Actually it solved the issue. Thanks Question: If I plug in USB-C to the X570, the G2 is not recognized (error 07-14). It only works with the USB-A adapter. Any idea how to fix this? Related? > Still the same Edited January 18, 2021 by mch_zh
