Hey guys, received my HP Reverb G2 yesterday and no matter where i plug in the VR (USB wise) after rebooting, the iCUE software wont load/start at all.

For now i have the VR on my USB-C at my 2080TI as recommended.

It works only if i start my PC without VR connected and after iCUE has started up i can connect my stuff ... so far it seems corsair do not like HP ^^

P.S.

i used to have the K70 RGB MK.2LP, GLAIVE RGB, VENGENGENCE RGB PRO and iCUE NEXUS connected with iCUE.

Can you post your icue logs here as I did in my post?

It's in your user folder, AppData/CORSAIR folder

You will need to go to Explorer -> view -> check the show hidden file option in order to see the AppData folder in Windows 10

I just would like to compare your crash log with mine

Had exactly the same issue with msi X570 ace, icue and G2. Tried for 2h until realizing that the culprit is G2, then found this post. I will try tomorrow if this help.

> Actually it solved the issue. Thanks

Question: If I plug in USB-C to the X570, the G2 is not recognized (error 07-14). It only works with the USB-A adapter. Any idea how to fix this? Related?
