1 bad stick of CMX512-3200LLPRO

Hello. I have a pair of CMX512 -3200LLPRO

One of the sticks has gone bad. I ran each stick individually and one of the sticks will not even POST, but the other stick passed memtest86.

I would like an RMA. I read through other posts and notice I would need to send both the GOOD and BAD sticks to recieve an RMA. Is this correct?

Here is my setup:

XP-M 2500+

Abit nf7-s v2

fsb 200MHz

Thank You.

Well no, you can send just the failing module. However, if these are or were purchased as a Twinx set you should submit the RMA for 1-Tiwnx set and get both modules replaced. Even if they are not a set you should still get them both replaced so they match.

Please follow the link in my signature “I think I have a bad part!” and we will be happy to replace them or it!
