dc28
Hello. I have a pair of CMX512 -3200LLPRO One of the sticks has gone bad. I ran each stick individually and one of the sticks will not even POST, but the other stick passed memtest86. I would like an RMA. I read through other posts and notice I would need to send both the GOOD and BAD sticks to recieve an RMA. Is this correct? Here is my setup: XP-M 2500+ Abit nf7-s v2 fsb 200MHz Thank You. Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted April 27, 2005 Corsair Employees Share Posted April 27, 2005 Well no, you can send just the failing module. However, if these are or were purchased as a Twinx set you should submit the RMA for 1-Tiwnx set and get both modules replaced. Even if they are not a set you should still get them both replaced so they match. Please follow the link in my signature “I think I have a bad part!” and we will be happy to replace them or it!
