AviatorLord
I bought an H100i a few months ago, and it works great, but I can't control the fan speed. I've tried making custom curves, I know I need to click the performance profile and then the fan, I've tried switching the header on the mobo from CPU_FAN1 to PUMP_FAN1, updated iCUE and firmware on the pump, but nothing seems to work. It just sort of hovers around the 1400rpm area and won't change no matter what you do. The fans are SP120 RGB Pro fans. I've attached a picture of what it looks like on my end. c-attack
The fans are SP120 RGB Pro fans. The SP-Pro fans are 3 pin DC motors. The controller on the XT and most other AIO coolers is PWM only. That constant 12v PWM signal is keeping them pinned at maximum. You'll want to move the fans to the motherboard headers or another DC capable controller like a Commander Pro.
