Can we use icue_streamdeck_plugin.exe programmatically?

My Elgato streamdeck and iphone app work wonders to switch icue profiles. Can we use this or similar code to switch the profiles programmatically?

 

I don't see why not unless this creates a listener in icue that looks to the SD for an event, and then does stuff based on it? Seems like that might be the case:

I can 'connect' but then I am hitting a roadblock
