jon_snodgrass
Looks like per Corsair in another thread, my EVGA RTX 3080 FTW3 Ultra will not receive a Corsair waterblock. So whatever block I buy won't have those 2 nifty daisy-chain RGB connectors that my XG7 block had. How would I convert the RGB on whatever block I buy to the XG7-style daisy-chainable cables with 2 connectors? Is it possible? DevBiker I thank you for your extremely helpful post on making the extension cables, I apologize if this question is answered elsewhere.
Monstieur
Connecting them in parallel should be easy enough with the right adapters. A series connection would require modding the other end of the RGB strip.
LeDoyen
from what i have seen on EK blocks it's a simple piece of ARGB strip. should be identical on other brands. You'd just have to solder a 3 wire argb connector to the end of the strip with a suitable length of wire.
