Lancets Posted October 14, 2020 Share Posted October 14, 2020 Hello everyone I have emailed Corsair Support about my rgb issue on my keyboard and one of their staff has responded to my query. After following his/her troubleshooting method my kb didn't get recognized by iCue and my pc. The all of the keys in my keyboard are not working and its lights are not lit. If you let me know the ticket number, I will forward this to support and have them send you different firmware to see if that resolves the issue!
