For a little while, I was using my iCUE without updating to the latest version (I had been updating the versions on my products thinking I was updating iCUE). I recently discovered the update prompt on the bottom and now I'm having issues. I play a lot of FFXIV and I use the side button as modifiers (seriously changed the way I play MMOs). Prior to my update, I could hold my sniper button (L Shift) and get a result like "ABCDEF", now if I do so I get "Abcdef". Or if I wait a moment after I press my sniper button "abcdef". This only happens with my mouse buttons, my keyboard modifiers are functioning fine. I do not have any imitate holding key for x seconds on. Please help me understand what's going. Thank you.
