ArtiXim
Is it not possible to have all the LEDs on the fans be white? I purchased this device in 2019 and set the lighting to static all white. At the time I don't remember any of the LEDs not being white after applying this lighting setup. Now I am unable to get all the LEDs to be white even when they are all set to white, most of them show in set colors. I am running the latest iCUE and device firmware. Corsair Employees Corsair Jam Posted October 7, 2020 Corsair Employees Share Posted October 7, 2020 You can set the fans to white. From your photos, this is usually a form of RGB software conflict or LEDs starting to fail on the fan(s). If you're using any other RGB software, try temporarily closing them and restarting iCUE. To troubleshoot the fans: Look for the RGB header coming off the AIO's pump that's labeled 1.With this header, test each fan individually and see if you can change the fan's LEDs to Green, Blue, and Red.If the fans fail to produce any of these colors, please reach out to our support team, and they'll take a closer look at your setup and look into replacing your fans or AIO under warranty if needed. ArtiXim
Thanks. I've just gone through each LED individually, via iCUE, testing each RGB colour channel. A bunch of them do not turn on for some of these colour channels. I assume I need to reach out to support for a replacement.
