Marky7z
Ever since updating to Version 3.33.246, my commander pro has been disconnecting randomly. The RGB will turn off on all 6 of my LL120 fans and on the icue software the performance option disapears and i have to restart my pc for it all to go back to normal. It all just happens randomly, could be a few minutes after turning my pc on or a few hours. Anyone else having this issue?
c-attack
The Performance tab disappearing is common when you are using other monitoring programs attempting to poll fan speed from the device at the same time. It can affect lighting as well. AIDA and HWiNFO are two of the more common ones. There are other possibilities with a lighting issues all on the RGB fan and hub side of the device. However, none of those physical issues would make the performance tab disappear.

c-attack
I dont use any other monitoring programs, Just ICUE. Make sure. The "installer version" of HWiNFO still has a driver active even when not running. You are looking for something that is trying to read the Commander and it's fan speeds. The disappearing performance tab is a common side effect and does not correspond with physical or other issues. The Commander can be on fire, but that won't make the Performance tab in the UI disappear. If you are sure, then you may be looking at a power delivery problem to the RGB lighting hub. You could try a different SATA connector. However, again none of that would make the Performance tab disappear and the reboot suggests you are able to clear the conflict at least initially. Also try using the "Restart" the service button in CUE settings to see if that corrects it with less hassle.
