Icue Not Detecting Vengeance RGB 16gb memory

Hi all, so I recently put together my first PC and have attempted to configure my RGB using icue, but it's not detected.

 

I've tried the following:

 


  • Updating Bios
    Uninstalling, reinstalling iCue
    Tried Link

 

My Spec is below. Please let me know what else I can provide.
