Can I use both 8 Pin ports on the cx750m for PCIE cables?

The cx750m has two 8 pin ports. In between these two ports it says "6+2 PCI-E Connector & 4+4 CPU". I was a little confused since this could either mean that the top one is for PCIE and the bottom is for CPU cables. Or, it could mean that they both can be used for either CPU cables or PCI-E cables. It seems like the ladder is true. Does anybody in here happen to know? Thanks! :):

All of the 8-pin ports on the PSU are the same. They can be used for either CPU or PCIe.

All of the 6-pin ports on the PSU are the same. They can be used for either SATA or PATA.
