uscool
Hi, I have 6 HD120 RGB fans, commander pro with RGB Hub Im using Kraken z73 AIO with the 3 HD120 fans connected to its splitters for fan speed on RGB Hub I have all the fans connected up in order 1 to 6 , front bottom fan being the number 1 and going upwards Fans connected 1 to 4 ports on the RGB Hub light up but 5 and 6 dont, I tried the same fans on port 1 just to check they work and they do work In icue lighting setup I have selected HD RGB series and selected 6 fans connected I had these fans for setup for around 4 years and working fine but it started happening now after I changed the AIO I have an spare Lighting Nod core this one connects to USB header still have the same issue, the original RGB Hub connects to the LED channel on Commander Pro , if both hubs are doing the same thing both cant be faulty ? and the same fans light up when connect to port 1 rules out faulty fans dont know what else to try Thanks Edited September 28, 2020 by uscool

c-attack
The 3 fans on the radiator will not show on the Commander Performance tab for speed control since the NZXT's controller is handling that. Those should be accessible in CAM. However, there is no point where fans 1 and 2 should drop 0 rpm in Quiet mode. It normally the opposite problem as they blip from 1300-1600 constantly in relation to fan speed. Are they actually stopped? Software conflicts with other full spectrum monitoring programs like AIDA or HWiNFO can cause this. You've already flashed the firmware and this zero state is not a common issue, so I am not sure that is it. Don't repeatedly flash the firmware. There is always a small possibility it won't turn out well. In the Performance tab, click the + to create a new custom curve. You want to be on that anyway and not use CPU temp with a curve you can't control or see (the 3 presets). For testing purposes, just select fixed RPM and drag the line up and down to demonstrate control (or lack of it). Long term, use GPU temp, motherboard, temp, connect 1 of the thermal probes from the Commander to use as the sensor choice for your curve. All of those are better than using the presets. Those should be accessible in CAM. Hi, I know the 3 fans connected to the Kraken AIO are controlled by CAM and that is working fine, I was just trying to explain my setup its the 3 other fans connected to the Commander Pro I have problems with However, there is no point where fans 1 and 2 should drop 0 rpm in Quiet mode. It normally the opposite problem as they blip from 1300-1600 constantly in relation to fan speed. Are they actually stopped?. the fans are spinning even though it says 0 rpm I would say they are spinning at around 800 rpm, Fan 3 is showing RPM but it doesnt change speed trying fixed RPM I dont have either installed Already tried that I have been using the Commandor Pro, 6x HD120 fans, RGB HUB and iCue for 3-4 years now and never had this issue before, its so annoying I cant game because the fans dont speed up and just will over heat, Ive always set the 3 case fans set to GPU temp so like once my gpu is at around 70c the fans spin upto 900-1100rpm and found it was ideal for temp and sound level, I just ordered another Commander Pro from Amazon should get it today so at least that hopefully confirm if the Commander Pro is at fault or not Also why do I have number next to some devices like the PSU and Commander Pro ?
