mike93710
I recently bought a VS1GBKIT400 1GB Kit DDR400 PC3200 CAS2.5 Value Select Memory and installed it in my system. At boot up I've been getting the blue screen of death and after reading through the forum have tried reseting the bios with no success. Last night I took out one of the modules and restarted the system and it worked fine. I swaped out the modules and during the memory test it gave a R/W error on the one that I originaly pulled out and locked up. I tried the suspected module in another computer with the same result. I'm convinced that this stick is bad and would like to get an RMA since I bought them on line and the seller will not take returns after 30 days.
