Wired Posted April 22, 2005 Share Posted April 22, 2005 Don't think there is any published timings, as they are meant to be in OEM systems that don't have the capability to set latency timings. I think it's safe to assume though that they'll do JEDEC specs: CAS Latency: 3 RAS to CAS Delay (tRCD): 4 Row Precharge (tRP): 4 Active to Precharge Delay (tRAS): 8 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
