krisdowse Posted April 22, 2005 Share Posted April 22, 2005 How do, I hope I'm in the right forum to obtain an RMA, I was bought a 1Gig Flash Voyager about two months ago, but it has stopped working. I have tried it on several PC's but none detect it - the blue light no longer illuminates, so it would seem the unit has died. Other thumb drives work on the same machines so it is not the PC's themselves. Is there anything else I can try, and if not can I please have an RMA number, also what are the chances of retreiving my data?? Many thanks, Kris P.S.
