Riffy
Is it normal for none of the screws provided fit when mounting the fans to the rad? All the fans kinda dangle loosely from it and that can't be right, no matter how hard I try to turn the screws it doesn't go in deeper. It kinda works but this can't be correct or effective. Also for some reason the cooler doesn't show up in corsair link or iCUE. I used USBDeview and I don't think I see it there. My keyboard shows up and my PSU shows up in both link and iCUE. So far switching the usb header I had it on still doesn't make it show up. I have a ASUS ROG Maximus XII Hero Z490 mobo if it matters.
Corsair Employees Corsair Mint Posted September 11, 2020 Corsair Employees Share Posted September 11, 2020 The screws should be going pretty flush, are they just not turning in the radiator at all or do they only go in for a short distance? And if the USB isn't being recognize, try reach out to our Support team and they'll be happy to help look into this with you. https://help.corsair.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
