DaddyGrim Posted September 11, 2020 Share Posted September 11, 2020 I know ICUE is the problem because every time I open it, it disables the side buttons and when I close it the side buttons magically start working again. I've updated to the latest ICUE as well as mouse firmware about 10 minutes ago hoping it would fix the issue and no dice, this is by far the worst experience I've ever had with Corsair. I play several games that require certain DPI and use of my buttons, when ICUE is closed my dpi disappears with it. I have newest Windows 10 updates, Newest ICUE and Newest Firmware, send help! NuPham Posted September 11, 2020 Share Posted September 11, 2020 I am having this same issue with my Dark Core Pro SE. It seems to have just started. If I close iCue the side buttons work fine.
