raik4mi
Hello everyone! i have an i64 and lately it was giving some freeze problems where my display would randomly freeze and the pc would stop working. after trying a number of fixes nothing worked and after another one of those freezes, my ssd completely dissapeared from the hdd list in the bios. after a while fortunately it started working again so i tried monitoring it and discovered that its constantly at 70+ degrees with just a browser on or even without that. So, is the ssd broken or what i actually have no idea what to do and any help would be appreciated (while writing this hwinfo reports 84 degrees :( )
Corsair Employee Corsair Mint Posted September 3, 2020 Corsair Employee Share Posted September 3, 2020 Hey raik4mi, is that 70+ degrees on the CPU? You can check in iCUE to see where you're seeing such a high temperature. Definitely reach out to Support, they can help walk you through determining where the issue is and how they can help. https://help.corsair.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
raik4mi
Nope its only the ssd that is constantly above 70, all the rest (mobo, cpu, gpu) is fine :/
