Jr5
Same thing here with the previous version, but I had aura for my strix card installed(the one for the video card, not the regular one) They added asus video cards rgb support but since they dont release update notes anymore.... Once I uninstalled the asus aura video card software I was able to install the new icue without issues(had the same bluescreen). https://forum.corsair.com/v3/showthread.php?t=198338

Maybe they added something new in v32.80 that conflicts with ASUS Aura and causes BSOD. Anyway they should have made a warning that iCue can not be installed alongside with ASUS Aura. Yes, indeed I have a regular computer I have no clue why I got this blue screen of death. Not so long ago reinstalled Windows now I'm forced to do it again and it will cost me a lot of time reinstalling everything again not mention setting up my World of Warcraft addons and Warships mods. I hope they don't come up with lame excuses it's because of COVID-19 they could have simply delayed the update if it wasn't good enough.
MaGiieN
Not so long ago reinstalled Windows now I'm forced to do it again Bad luck for you, I agree. Reinstalling windows, every app and driver is a pain in the ***, that's why I perefer to do it as a last resort. But why wouldn't you use a system restore utility? It's the most simple way to fix unnecessary changes to PC and takes 10 minutes at max.
Corsair Employees Greybeard Posted September 4, 2020 Corsair Employees Share Posted September 4, 2020 I've seen this pop up a few times already and it seems that iCUE and Aura sync doesnt play well together, especially now that I think aura sync is no longer getting any updates. iCUE and Armoury crate on the other hand seems pretty stable. My Corsair Headset, Keyboard, and mouse it's working properly anymore after I did the system recovery I have reinstall windows regardless. I have yet to hear from the customer supports reply and I'm very disappointed in this update. And as Healer having to set up everything exactly the way I want it will take a lot of time:(:
