JimmyB
Hi, I need some help please. I have my PC with iCue installed and profiles set up for my Harpoon Wireless. When I go onto my work laptop with no iCue installed, the logo colour (static white) that I set through iCue doesn't retain on the device. Logo just goes back to the default spiral rainbow. Is this correct? I was under the impression that the last used iCue colour profile would save to the mouse so that it would be there if iCue wasn't running? Any help with the expected behaviour in this scenario would be greatly appreciated. Thanks Edited August 28, 2020 by JimmyB
Corsair Employees Corsair Albert Posted September 2, 2020 Corsair Employees Share Posted September 2, 2020 While the HARPOON RGB WIRELESS features onboard memory, it is only used for DPI settings. The DPI profile color is correspondent with the DPI light indicator on the actual mouse. That is the only lighting setting that will save onto your mouse's onboard memory. Unfortunately, the lighting effect for the logo does not save onto the onboard memory.
