Rhyagelle Posted August 27, 2020 Share Posted August 27, 2020 Hello, I bought a Corsair mouse new off Amazon. About 8 months or so into that purchase, the wheel stopped working right. I RMA'd it and got another mouse. 8 months later, the wheel stopped working again. The exact same thing. I sent it in via RMA again but this time it says the product ID is different. CH-9300011-WW/RF, to be exact. What is this? I'm assuming its either a downgraded model or a refurbished unit, but I don't know.
