Rich_Allan
Hi... I purchased two sets of matched pairs of TWINX CMX512-3200XLPT in January 2005 for a new system I was building. The system has been running fine until yesterday. When I booted the system, BIOS now only sees 1536MB instead of 2048MB. I have moved the memory modules around and tried using only the suspected failing module and the problem follows this same module. I am using an ASUS P5GDC-V motherboard. Using the ASUS PC Probe software that came with the Mobo, I am also able to track this failing module as I move it from slot to slot. The software indicates that this module is not installed. How do I request an RMA to have this matched pair replaced? Thanks, Rich
