Testing errors with my memory

Here is my hardware configuration.

Motherboard:

DFI LANPARTY 875P-T Intel 875P P4 800FSB LGA775 DDR ATX Motherboard w/Audio, Gigabit LAN, RAID/Serial ATA

Processor:

Intel Pentium® 4 530 Processor Prescott 3.0GHz, 800MHz FSB, Socket 775, 1MB Cache

Memory:

Corsair TWINX1024-3200C2PT 1GB DDR400 XMS3200 Dual-Channel Memory w/Platinum Heat Spreader

My Windows 2000 system keeps having memory dumps with a 0x0000007f code. I ran memtest86 on it and 15 minutes in it starts scrolling errors like no tomorrow. I have reseated my memory but it had no effect. Memtest86 still scrolls errors.

As far as settings go, I let the motherboard make all its own settings, I did not manually edit anything.

Thank you.
