K65 Lux Keyboard - Inconsistent Response?

Hey All,

 

Brand new K65 Lux - which I'm really enjoying, but it's not working consistently with iCue on my 2018 Mac Mini running Catalina.

 

- On startup the iCue software won't connect.

- If I unplug & replug, sometimes it will connect and restore most functionality.

- Oddly it takes about 30 minutes for the "Type Lighting" feature to start working again.

- I used a Windows machine to make sure the firmware is up to date - 3.08 is the latest it would give me.

- The iCue software installation is brand new and up to date.

 

I also submitted a support ticket.

 

Thoughts?
