Corsair Ironclaw Wireless mouse won't pair with iCUE 3.31.81v

I got the usb cable connected to the front of my case with the type C connector to the dongle and would turn the mouse off, hold the profile up button, then set it to 2.4Ghz and would notice three white lights blinking and nothing happens. The mouse doesn't work at that point either unless i turn it off then back to 2.4GHz. Is this version not properly pairing wireless mouses or am i doing something wrong?

Update:

So i let the three blinking white lights go through and it stopped and went back to the two cyan colors for the DPI and nothing happened in iCUE no pairing nothing. Not sure if the version is bad, maybe i should download a previous version, anybody know?

I figured out how to update the firmware on the keyboard and mouse for Corsair. I have to connect the USB cable to the keyboard or mouse in order to update the firmware. The keyboard doesn't have an issue charging, because the green light will go solid around 3 hours of charging, but the mouse doesn't tell you anything about being charged. I've even tried resetting the mouse and it doesn't even give me any signs of it being reset. Not sure what that pairing is all about either because everything seems to be working between the K63 and Ironclaw and iCUE. If anybody knows anything about this issue please let me know, thanks in advance.
