Advanced RMA Refund PSU

I did an advanced RMA for a faulty Corsair RM1000i, the replacement works great, thanks. However, although the faulty PSU was received on the 1st of July by the Netherlands RMA centre my card still hasn't been refunded for the $199.99 (£162.xx) holding charge.


My ticket ID is #2001240513. I'd be grateful for any updates on the situation, I understand and appreciate that things are taking longer due to COVID but I'm just checking in case I've been lost in the system.
