albertovfn
i was wondering if the noises in the video bellow are normal for this keyboard, i'm comming from a series of keyboards with blue switches, acording to what i read, the red switches should not make any noise, and shouldnt have any tactile feedback, while this is true for 99% of the keys in the keyboard, the backspace and left shift are extremely loud. kinkyjohn
Can't say I'd ever noticed this with my K65 until you pointed it out. For me the space bar is pretty clicky, but then the keyboard as a whole isn't that quiet. It's the key itself reverberating more than the switch clicking though ... as far as I can tell. Didn't buy it for the low volume though .. I bought it so I can have each keypress give rise to a starburst overlaid on on a rainbow audio spectrum analyser. In that context .. "quiet," just doesn't seem appropriate.
killerkris14
I have a K65 that i have been using since 2018 and my spacebar makes a little bit of noise if hitting it way off center. but the rest of the keys only make noise due to me typing so hard. albertovfn
yeah, posted this also on reddit, corsair for some reason took two weeks to answer the ticket i opened, by that time, the store had already replaced this board with a hyper x alloy origins core, wich is much much better.
