Cannot customize fan colors on iCUE

Good evening,

I recently bought case iCUE 465X RGB plus a 3-fan kit LL120RGB. Assembling the pc, I've connected all the fans both to the Lightining Node Core and the motherboard, via a PWM Splitter cable.

When I start the pc, all fans are spinning and they light up with a standard color cycle.

The problem comes when I open the iCue Software and I try to switch the coloration, it doesn't respond on the program. The Lighting Node Core seems to be recognized by the program, as well as the fans.

I've already tried to switch the USB cable connector on the motherboard, performed a clear reinstalling of the iCue Software (https://help.corsair.com/hc/en-us/articles/360025166712-Perform-a-clean-reinstallation-of-the-Corsair-Utility-Engine-iCUE-.
