iCUE Vengeance Error occur

im using

 

9700K

NZXT N7 Z390 Motherboard

CORSAIR VENGEANCE ENHANCEMENT KIT 1set and

CORSAIR VENGEANCE 3200Mhz CL16 32GB(16x2).

 

While I'm doing my computer,

Occasionally iCUE will generate RAM recognition errors.

The actual DRAM works normally.

 

However, the exclamation mark will appear on iCUE.

also i cant controll anything in icue.

the LEDs on the RAM stop.

 

Is it a mainboard compatibility issue?

 

It does not occur on other mainboards.

Please improve compatibility.
