Ticket for a return still waiting for an answer

Hello,

 

I have opened a ticket 21 days ago to cancel my order. At this moment, the order was not sent. Now, I have received the parcel and I'm still waiting for an answer of Corsair support. I can understand that Covid can increase the time, but it's a normal case, just a cancel.
