ive been waiting for an answer for about 20 days now

i understand the situation right now but i have contacted corsair support and ive not even had a single messege from them since i made it here is the id number of ticket #2001169415 and date Created

May 06, 2020 11:49 qoute (my issue is you can feel the mettle bar at the front and back bit of the chair were you sit and it hurts can barily sit on it the bit where you back goes is fine tho just were you bottom goes its like the foam has spilt were the bars are You can not see the bar but can feel it so much i only weigh about 14 stone and i talked to ebyer they said talk to corsair)

Its been 20 days since i put that its so bad now if i want to sit in my chair i can only sit for half a hour and have to sit in a certin spot so i dont feel the bar at the front and the back i think the foam has spilt inside and thats why cos i can't feel any foam at the front and only about 1/4 of what was at the back when i got it AS you can see you can see the font has gone but not the back is there a way we can speed this up thank you

Hey MCRM/Snowdog, sorry to hear that there's been such a long delay. I'll pass that ticket along to get some eyes on it. I know that our Webstore team is very much behind because of a massive increase in volume, they're trying to best to address everyone as soon as possible.
