Deltafan29
Hi, I just upgraded my motherboard from a Gigabyte H270N Mini ITX to a Asus ROG strix Z270-E. However, at first boot the H100i wouldn’t show up in iCue. Tried multiple troubleshoots to no avail. Then, I noticed my CPU temps were dangerously high. Shut off the computer, waited a bit and checked BIOS and noticed that the connector wasn’t being recognized on CPU fan or AIO fan headers. Any idea on how to fix this? c-attack
The CPU Fan Error is clear warning sign something is wrong. It means the motherboard isn't getting a return signal from the device and the pump is not running at all. If you can watch your CPU temps shoot up in the BIOS (55..60..65... ...80...etc), then this is highly likely. Contact Corsair Support through the Ticket System link in the header above. If you have another cooler of any type lying around, put it on. The current one is not operational.
