ironclaw support ticket

So my Ironclaw mouse wheel broke and I submitted a ticket but this thread is making up for the incompetency of Emmanuel Mark (Corsair) who responded to the ticket. I understand there may be delays, that is ok. But there was more than 24 hours between each of his emails, which i responded to within minutes. I sent him everything he asked for and he then said I was "trying and pull a fast one" and closed the ticket. It seems that this is normal corsair customer support, my last mouse broke and when I made a ticket, there was never a response. If there is a staff member that is half competent and can at least give a valid reason for closing the ticket or actually resolve this, i'd give you whatever info you need. Otherwise, i guess its time to move away from corsair products.
