Quarintina
This way does not require you to buy the NZXT Hub. Here is how to do it. Step 1: Open Device Manager Step 2: Go to Human Interface Devices Step 3: Go to the bottom part where it says "USB Input Device" Step 4: Right click and go to Properties Step 5: Go to Power Management Step 6: Uncheck "Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power" Step 7: Repeat steps 3-6 for all of the USB Input Devices
Fillmore Graves
Oh if this is the solution to the problem explained in the disconnect/connect thread you really should share the solution there! As it's more likely to be seen and experimented with.
hearnia_2k
Just thought I'd say that for me this did not work. I only get the sound at boot, immediately as iCue starts, at which points the fan RGB LEDs start
R1chie
This was one of the first things I tried when experiencing the USB disconnects. This, and uninstalling USB root hubs and everything else I could find via google sadly did not fix the issue. The fix was the NZXT internal hub. I've had no disconnects since installation which is nearly a week ago. Hopefully your post may help others but if you look in the other thread, most have tried this already. hearnia_2k
Yes. This did not work for me. Had to resort to NZXT hub I got one of the NZXT hubs, but, it's bigger than I expected, and don't currently see a possible way to fit it into my case :-( Fitting the devices and mess of wires from the lighting node pro was hard enough.
