I've been trying to get a hold of support for nearly 2 weeks now and I've heard nothing. I put in a case on the 7th about about my mouse that's started failing after only a year. Bare in mind I've had no replacement since then because I'm hoping to get it covered by warranty. I don't care if I get a reply back saying no. I just want a reply.

I know there's the issue with the corona virus right now which is giving the support team an influx of questions but 10 days so far is ridiculous. Is there any other way I can get a hold of this team outside of email if I'm not in the US? Because this is having a big effect on the only thing keeping me going in this isolation period.
