The other poster did not completely specify what memory he had, and as such the thread has been split to keep consistency.

What is the exact part # and revision # of your memory?

How To Read the Memory Label

If you have more than one stick:

Is it a TwinX pack? If not, what is the revision # of each stick?

Did you test one stick at a time in each slot using Memtest86+?

If it's 3200C2 and they are the same revision, please try the following settings:

Mem frequency: 166 Mhz

Sdram active precharge delay: 6

Sdram ras to cas delay: 3

Sdram ras precharge delay: 3

Sdram cas latency: 2.5T

Ddr reference voltage: 2.7x or 2.8v

With the CPU you have you would need to run the memory at DDR333, if you try to run the memory at DDR400 and your CPU at 166 MHz it will cause a bottleneck in the chipset and may generate errors that are not the fault of the memory. Please try these settings and test the memory with http://www.memtest.org

CPU external frequency: 166 MHz

CPU frequency multiple: 12.5x

System Performance: User Define

CPU interface: optimal

Mem frequency: User Define

Frequency 166 MHz

Sdram active precharge delay: 8

Sdram ras to cas delay: 3

Sdram ras precharge delay: 3

Sdram cas latency: 3T

Fsb spread spectrum: .50%

Cpu vcore setting: auto

Cpu vcore: 1.650v

DDR reference voltage: 2.7v

P.S. You can follow the link in my signature and look up the modules part# you have for the tested settings.
